My Account

You can create an account quickly by clicking on “My Account” and entering your Email address. Please note that you can only create using a valid Email address.

Please click ‘My Account‘ and enter your e-mail address and your password used during the opening of your account.

It’s easy to forget your password. If you can’t remember your password, click ‘Lost Your Password’ and follow the instructions.

You will edit your details by simply clicking on ‘My Account‘ and then ‘Editing your Information,’ your address, telephone number, and email address.

Just make sure that if you have recently moved before placing your order you update your info.

We can not change your address after placing your order because we process orders quickly. Orders put before your upgrade will be sent to the address on your receipt of the e-mail.

If you can’t remember your password, click ‘Lost Your Password’ and follow the instructions. We forward instructions details, which will be sent to your registered email address.

Shopping

To buy, just click on the product and press “Add to Cart”. If you know you can type the product number in the search box. The sections can also be browsed by clicking on the menu at the top of the list.

You can save items in your Cart using the save for later button. Save for later is not available during sale periods.

Yes you can it’s really easy, just click onto ‘My Account’ and select ‘Orders’. You also can check your order confirmation email; this will show all the items you’ve ordered and the expected delivery date.

Please verify if you got an email requesting an order from us if you are unsure whether your order has been approved. It will be submitted as soon as your order has been set. If after an hour you did not receive a confirmation email, let us know and we will verify for you.
